• Platen dimensions of 1,400 x 2, 300 mm; bottom platen, same size top platen with a 1,200 x 2,100 mm reset for membrane.

• Infeed: Right-to-left through feed, flat power (indexed for charging a load) conveyor; outfeed: Gravity roller conveyor.

• Flame-cut steel plate frames, (4) with weld-free mechanical assembly for distortion-free operation, 200 mm daylight opening, (6) 8 in. dia. down stroke hydraulic cylinders, 300 tons total pressure, 110 PSI specific pressure.

• Flexible membrane with heated air mounted to upper platen for lamination of veneer to pre-shaped workpieces, solid steel platen bored for electrical strip heaters inserted from the side for easy maintenance.

• Platen heats pressurized air in membrane; 74 kW power consumption; operator control panel mounted on press frame; Press cycle is approx. (3 - 4) Min.
